A Plea for Help: Calling Our US Senators to Demand Equal Rights for Indigenous Americans by Overturning the US Supreme Court decision of Oliphant vs Suquamish (1978)

There can be no middle-ground in recognizing our US Founders policies and attitudes towards Native Americans as a purposeful and ongoing US Federal Policy of Genocide.

There is No American Exceptionalism for Genocide

A country that allows State-Sponsored human genocide under the Supreme Court decision of Oliphant vs Suquamish 1978 can never be credibly called a defender of human rights. To ignore the issue of Native American human rights is to fundamentally contradict the core principles of Human Rights for all people.
