Curiously, the main page being attacked was the one where I criticized Chris Hedges. Unsure if either it’s an obsessive fan of Hedges or someone is trying to bury Hedges’s current reporting in the search engine functions of various websites. But, after posting the final part and then subsequently publishing my book, I’m getting flooded with Bots. I have no idea what prompted this or who is doing it, the best I could find was somewhere in California from what little information I can surmise. I’m unsure what would prompt someone to flood both criticisms of Islam and Chris Hedges to flood my blog so that search engine functions dismiss, hide, or remove my blog from searches. Although, I can’t rule out the idea that my blog is incidental, and this seems targeted at Chris Hedges specifically to shut down his journalism. Unfortunately, this also means I no longer have any accurate data on how many views I get now. The attacks appear to have begun before self-published my latest book, but it seems more likely that my blog was hit due to being incidental to whoever would want to bury Chris Hedges’s journalism from search engines:

I guess this is just another in a laundry list of failures on my part. I tried adding WordPress plugins with middling effects. The best I can surmise is this person is probably from California before they realized I had blocked the Chinese bot spams and then they tried shifting to South Carolina so they wouldn’t realize I have a general idea of where they live now. I’m just hoping whoever is doing this stops. I’m not sure why they’re targeting topics about Chris Hedges though, and the best I can assume is either his reporting on the One Percent or the Tech industry:
