I honestly had no idea the historic abuses ranged up to 150 years, I had only found information of approximately 90 – 100 years of abuses until reading the latest information regarding President Biden’s speech and listening to President Biden’s speech. I’m glad the full scope and scale is both acknowledged and President Biden formally apologized on behalf of the United States.
I am so happy that this has finally been acknowledged and so proud to be an American right now. Genuinely. I’m also really happy that, regardless of current political differences, both majorities of Republicans and Democrats recognize this as long overdue and it’s a non-partisan topic. 🙂
